Intensive Outpatient
& Rehabilitative Program

Our intensive and rehabilitation outpatient program serves those with severe mental illness or dual diagnosis/sud. We understand that addiction has biological and psychological origins. Our group of therapists strive to develop a relationship with you to help move you along the spectrum of change.  Each person in our Rehabilitative program will have the following services:

  •    Group Therapy
  •    Individual Therapy
  •    Daily Living Skills
  •    Peer Support Specialist
  •    Transportation
