Exceeding Expectations, One Client at a Time!

In 2017, Dr. Teresa Walker, opened the doors of New Leaf Clinic to patients in
Louisville, Kentucky with hopes of earning a reputation as the best Mental Health Clinic in the area.

Today, we are a highly skilled multi-disciplinary team made up of Licensed Therapists, Peer Support Specialists, Target Case Manager, Nurse Practitioner, and Physician. We are dedicated to treat our clients with authentic attention and care as we break down barriers in recovery from mental illness and/or addiction.

Since our opening our mission is to provide a boutique experience delivering comprehensive recovery care for the most marginalized. We treat and house individuals with SUD and Mental Health, meeting people where they are and walking with each client through the spectrum of change with dignity and excellence.

We are grateful to be entrusted with this work and the opportunity to help improve the quality of life for those struggling with mental illness & addiction by providing  comprehensive services in a safe environment. It is vital in our practice to address systemic barriers, uplift equity, diversity, and inclusion in our outreach and programming.
